At Keratin Salon Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your salon-grade hair treatments. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused, unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely and can be monitored.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
